Stuffed Mushrooms with Crisp Bacon and Boursin Cheese and browned Truffle Butter

Jumbo Gulf Shrimp stuffed with Lump Crab, served with Fresh Greens in a Citrus oil Vinaigrette and Roast Pepper Aioli.

Brian’s Grouper

Fresh Grouper lightly breaded and pan fried, served with a Tomato Caper Red sauce, and Wilted Spinach in a Garlic and White Wine Broth.

Pepper Seared Tuna, with a Sesame Ginger Sauce, roast Bok Choy and Pear Sticky Rice.
